I joined the Skillsfirst team as a Customer Support Assistant in 2021. I have a bachelor?s degree in History and Master of Research in the Humanities.
My day to day duties include providing exceptional customer support in relation to Skillsfirst enquires as well as scheduling proctor bookings. Furthermore, I process, verify and despatch certificates as well as complete general administration.
Out of work, I enjoy travelling to new places and hope to see as much of the world as possible.
