Fraser Ingham

Sales and Marketing Director


I've been working for awarding organisations for more than 17 years, both in the vocational and general qualification sectors. This included six years as a Customer Relationship Manager for City & Guilds and three years as a Senior Manager within the Operations Division of OCR. During this time I set-up and established a new team to support the exams office function within schools and colleges.


I have worked as Sales & Marketing Director for Skillsfirst Awards since January 2010. We used our expertise and experience to build an excellent team and create a regulated awarding organisation that is focused on quality, service, innovation and partnerships.


In 2017 we established Skillsfirst Assess, an end-point assessment organisation built on the same ethos as our awarding business, with a focus on the health and social care and business related sectors.


In addition to my work at Skillsfirst, I have served as a School Governor at a secondary school and was an advisory board member for Youth Employment UK.


Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing and watching golf and football and songwriting.
