Qualification summary
This qualification has been designed for those learners who are or being developed to operate, in a supervisory role within DHL and forms the foundation for further progression within the DHL management structure.
The knowledge and skills developed within this qualification will enable learners to gain an understanding of DHL supervisory principles. These cover DHL personal excellence, DHL people excellence, DHL service excellence and DHL operational excellence.
Learners will then apply the skills, knowledge and understanding they have gained to their work activities to prove competence.
Restricted use
This qualification is restrictive to DHL as it contains commercially sensitive information. Supporting documentation is restricted to DHL staff members on request.

Learners must achieve all 9 units from Group M.
