This qualification provides the knowledge required to work effectively as a recruitment consultant. You will gain knowledge in such areas as the legal and ethical requirements in recruiting and also relationship management.

If you are looking for recognition of your competency within this sector then you should consider the Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Recruitment (RQF)

Learners who achieve this qualification will be able to progress on to the Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Recruitment (RQF) or on to the level 4 recruitment qualifications.

This qualification does not require you to have any prior qualifications or levels of previous learning. There is no minimum age requirement for this qualification.
