This qualification has been designed to provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills needed to understand the role and responsibilities of a Behaviour Management Co-ordinator, how to work with staff, parents and others and to understand the role of the Behaviour Management Co-ordinator in supporting transitions.
It could also be suitable for those seeking employment who having the ability and the opportunity to demonstrate recognisable competences. It could also be used as CPD for experienced and specialist staff seeking a qualification to recognise their competence.
The aim of this qualification is to enable you to develop the skills and understanding to work with staff, parents and others and to understand the role and responsibilities of a Behaviour Management Co-ordinator. It also enables you to gain an understanding of the role of the Behaviour Management Co-ordinator in supporting transitions.
This qualification also has a wider use and could be recognised outside the child/adult care sector .
