This qualification has been designed for those learners who are starting their career at DHL within the global organisation and forms the foundation for further studies and progression.
The knowledge and skills developed within this qualification will be designed to meet specific job, roles, job functions and the culture and legislation pertinent to the learner's country in which they work.
Vocationally, the qualification will have optional functions for each learner which is best suited to their job function. These will be Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, IT and 'others'.
This qualification is restrictive to DHL as it contains commercially sensitive information. Supporting documentation is restricted to DHL staff members on request.
Learners must achieve all 4 modules from Group M.
