The VTCT (Skillsfirst) Level 1 Award in Introduction to Growing Sales (RQF) is a vocationally-related, credit-based qualification, suitable for any person wishing to gain a broad understanding of employment within a sales environment. It will enable you to demonstrate a range of skills and knowledge related to the selling process to enhance your ability to progress into employment as a sales assistant, tele-sales assistant or sales agent. It will help you to develop your communication skills and market knowledge and it will also help you to build self-confidence and self-esteem and provide you with a greater understanding of the sales environment as a whole.

This qualification does not require you to have any prior qualifications or levels of previous learning. There is no minimum age requirement for this qualification. This qualification is 100% vocational.
