COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update

In response to recent COVID-19 (Coronavirus) guidance from government, we have planned for all Skillsfirst employees to work from home from today (Wednesday 18th March).

 

Fortunately, we are in a position where this should not impact on the service we can provide to support both awarding and end-point assessment. To ensure we are able to respond to queries as efficiently as possible, please use the following email addresses where possible:

In response to the recent COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, we would like to reassure all of our customers that we are monitoring the situation very closely.

 

At the present time, following guidance from Ofqual, Skillsfirst has no plans to make any changes to our services, which includes approval visits, external assessments (including End-point Assessment bookings) and External Verifier support.

 

However, we will continue to review the situation on a daily basis, as our priority remains the safety of our employees, customers and learners.
