The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the legal framework which came into effect on 25th May 2018. Building on previous data protection laws, GDPR gives every business a new set of obligations and every consumer strengthened rights regarding their data. At Skillsfirst we are continuing to make adjustments to our processes to accommodate these changes across the business.
