Replacement Certificates

When you completed your qualification, the company or College who provided your training should have provided you with your certificate. 

If you haven’t received a certificate when you feel you should have, please contact our customer services team on 0121 270 5100 (select option 2) or by email and we’ll be happy to help.

If you’ve lost a certificate and require a replacement, you can obtain this by emailing [email protected] with the name of the certificate you are requesting, as well as your full name and date of birth. Customer services will then contact you and guide you through the process.

The fee for replacement certificates is £37.50, so long as no amendments are required.
