This policy is aimed at employers, training providers and apprentices, who are delivering or are registered with Skillsfirst Assess for End-point Assessment (EPA).  Our policy sets out the sanctions Skillsfirst may impose on stakeholders in such situations. It is also for use by our staff to ensure they apply any sanctions in a consistent manner.
