LGBTC2 – Train the Trainer Workshop
To support the delivery of our VTCT (Skillsfirst) Level 2 Certificate in LGBT Inclusion in the Workplace (RQF) qualification, we are delighted to offer Train the Trainer Workshops. In order to meet demand for these workshops, we are pleased to offer our interactive workshops remotely.
Hosted over two sessions, delegates will be given the background knowledge and understanding to offer this qualification, have the opportunity to interact with other attendees and be able to ask difficult questions in a safe environment.
Attendance will provide you with the relevant competence to deliver this funded qualification, with the addition of access to our FREE videos and e-workbook resources for centres approved to deliver this qualification. Plus a CPD certificate.
The workshops will allow delegates to:
• Gain the knowledge and understanding of how to work positively with people who identify as LGBT
• Be able to disseminate this knowledge to other assessors and IQAs, who will assess and quality assure the Level 2 Certificate in LGBT Inclusion in the Workplace (RQF) qualification
• Explore the assessment methods that can be used to evidence the learning outcomes in the qualification
• Network with other colleagues who will also be delivering this qualification
