When you completed your qualification, the company or College who provided your training should have provided you with your certificate.
If you haven't received a certificate when you feel you should have, please contact our customer services team on 0121 270 5100 (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we'll be happy to help.
If you've lost a certificate and require a replacement, you can order this through our online, e-certificate portal, VERi first. You will need your Skillsfirst learner number to enable you to create an account to do this.
If you do not have a VERi first account, you can request a replacement certificate by completing the form which can be downloaded here. The fee for replacement certificates is £35 plus VAT.
To process your application, we will need you to provide proof of your identity. To do this, please provide us with a photocopy of one of the following documents (please do not send originals):
