I have been dealing with Skillsfirst for a number of years, I find their service impeccable. Nothing is too much, or even too little. They are a professional awarding body and their service exceeds their competitors by miles. When dealing with Skillsfirst, you are treated as an important customer no matter the query. I would recommend them to anyone as a first class awarding organisation, who delivers service on time and right every time.

Level 5 Lead Adult Care Worker Standard - Update

Skills for Care have advised us that the assessment plan for the new Level 5 Leader in Adult Care Apprenticeship Standard has still not been published by IfATE. This is due to a delay in the funding band being approved and signed off by the Minister.   Skills for Care have also confirmed that the current SASE framework – the Higher Apprenticeship in Care Leadership and Management (for England) (level 5) will therefore be extended for a further six months until the funding band has been agreed.    In line with this, we have also extended the end date for our current HSC5 Skillsfirst Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (England) (RQF) qualification until 31 July 2020 to allow centres to continue registering learners on this framework.
